About the Course

Feeling overwhelmed by stress and fatigue?

Have you tried meditation but found it to be too difficult?

Join me for this 60 minute introductory class where we explore the fundamentals of breath, awareness and relaxation.


The class structure consists of:

  1. Class Introduction (5 minutes)

  2. Meditation practice, lying down (40 minutes)

  3. Meditation practice, sitting (10 minutes)

  4. Wrap up
