About the Course

We do highly  modified  versions  of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, primary and second series. Modifications  and adaptations of poses are encouraged. The primary emphasis of the practice is the breath.


No experience necessary. Jim will assist in easing you into the practice. This group explores some more complicated poses.

About the Instructor

Jen Enz, owner of Enz Wellness LLC, has a mission of helping people move safely and confidently in their bodies. She is certified as a yoga teacher, SilverSneakers teacher, personal trainer, Rossiter coach, and nutrition and wellness coach. In 2021, Jen opened The Studio Wellness Collective, a holistic wellness studio in Downtown Fargo. She specializes in helping people manage their physical and mental wellbeing by recognizing and letting go of habits and patterns that are no longer serving them, then creating new habits that support their growth. She takes a very personalized approach, meeting each client where they’re at and walking alongside them on their wellness journey. Outside of work, you can find Jen hiking or mountain biking through the woods, dancing, and finding endless adventures with her 6 kids.
