In each session you will experience the value and effectiveness of active relaxation which you can utilize to help address health concerns, cultivate a sense of inner peace, develop a personalized self care routine or optimize your work/life performance.
Private sessions take place on a traditional massage table and involve lying, sitting, standing and walking exercises. Each session utilizes a combination of breath awareness, visualization, movement cues, and light touch to create new patterns of movement and activate the natural healing capabilities of the body.
