About the Course

Do you know what the #1 activity for Brain Enhancement is?

The New England Journal of Medicine summarized the results of a 21 year

study showing ballroom dancing reduces the risk of dementia far better than

any other activity.  For people who are already experiencing the effects of

dementia, researchers have seen an improvement in memory in seniors.

Ballroom dancing is also being used to benefit those with Parkinson’s disease.

These classes will focus on rapid fire decision making, concentration, memory,

multitasking movements and enhancing physical stamina and balance, with the

additional benefits of enjoying a fun social activity.  No partner is necessary.
