We are following the ashtanga primary
series and providing modifications. Students can end their practice when
they feel they are finished. We just ask that they rest for 5 minutes before
moving on with their day. Sun salutations may be enough when beginning.
Standing poses, seated poses and closing poses can be added as students feel
ready.

It is open to anyone, all levels, no charge. Have a lovely day!

Crystal tones singing bowls offer a high vibrational experience that resonates within the physical body as well as the subtle/energetic body. The bowls are tuned to sharp tones that promote healing and balance via the endocrine system.
